Tour Program (8 Days / 7 Nights)
Day 1: Arrive Panama
Arrive at the Panama International Airport, where you will be met by our driver and taken to your hotel in Panama City. Overnight at hotel of your choice in the city.
Day 2: Half day tour: City Tour & Panama Canal (Miraflores Locks)
You will start the tour with a visit to the “Casco Antiguo” or Old Quarter, built in 1673 after the “Old Panama” was looted and burned. Admire the combination of Italian, French and Spanish colonial arquitecture. You'll be visitingchurches – including the famous Golden Altar which survived the plundering and destruction of pirate Morgan, and different parks and plazas while you learn about the history of the city. Continue to the emblematic Panama Canal. Visiting the Miraflores Locks visitor center makes it possible to learn about the history and the daily operation of the Canal. (B)
Day 3: Private transfer to El Valle
After breakfast, transfer to El Valle de Anton, rest of the day at leisure. (B)
Day 4: Half Day tour: El Valle tour
This picturesque town is set in the crater of an extinct volcano, 600 meters above sea level, offering impressive panoramic views and a pleasant climate. Upon arrival, you will first visit the scenic local market where it is possible to buy fresh fruits and the most beautiful indigenous crafts. Continue to El Macho waterfall – a water drop of 70 mts where you will have some free time to take a dip into the natural pools. End the tour with a visit to El Nispero Zoo, home to many exotic species of birds, mammals, reptiles and amphibians. (B, L)
Day 5: Transfer to the beach
Morning at leisure. After lunch, transfer to Las Guias, to an all inclusive resort to enjoy some beach time. (D)
Day 6 and 7: Leisure days at the beach
You will have these days at leisure to enjoy the beach and the amenities of the hotel. (B, L, D)
Day 8: Depart Panama
Transfer to the International Airport approximately four hours before your flight's scheduled departure time (the transfer takes 2 hours). (B)
