Coronado Panama

Coronado and the beaches surrounding it are popular destinations for Panamanians to enjoy a nice weekend at the beach. The town of Coronado is just about one hour away from Panama City. In Coronado you will find an accommodation for every taste, from residential communities, to modern condominiums, beach houses and small or big hotels and guesthouses. Its atmosphere is calm and serene yet very safe as most places in Panama still are.

Coronado is quite advanced compared to other vacation destinations along the Pacific Coast of Panama since it was the first area to be developed and today has an excellent infrastructure in place. Travelers will find fine restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, hospitals, banks, retail and hardware stores and many other businesses. From Coronado you have access to many different beaches including Playa Coronado, Playa Gorgona and Playa El Palmar.
