The Hotel Villa Marina, set on two kilometers of privately-owned beachfront, is a colonial style building with Spanish influence that perfectly matches the character of the fascinating town of Pedasi on the Azueros Peninsula, a place full of folklore and traditions. Surrounded by 65 hectares (160 acres) of beautiful natural grounds and gardens, Villa Marina hosts many species of plants and animals endemic to the region. Due to its amazing location, at Villa Marina you will have the possibility to practice many aquatic sports including surfing on Playa Venado, hiking in the beautiful adjacent grounds, observing magnificent mangroves and a great variety of exotic animals. Villa Marina also has a privately-funded reforestation project with native plant species, and you will learn about the dozens of hardwood plants that are endemic to the region and the scientific methods used to replant them.

The Villa Marina Retreat consists of 9 delightfully decorated bedrooms. Every large and comfortable room is tastefully decorated with antiques and features air conditioning, king, queen or double size beds and French windows that open to wrap-around porches facing the sea. Some of the rooms have Direct TV. Villa Marina also offers spacious living rooms, two large dining areas and wrap around porches with comfortable hammocks, couches, swing-chairs. Every room and common area provides amazing views of the Pacific Ocean. The Hotel Villa Marina also includes a new swimming pool.
